Fortunately, you can always learn something from it. With this in mind, we see our customer service as an integral part of our offering to you.<\/p>\n

Simply create a ticket via our new service – our Customer Service Team will take care of it as quickly as possible and keep you up to date on the progress at all times.<\/p>\n

  2. This will take you to our ticket system.<\/li>\n
  3. Create a ticket and describe your request as precisely as possible.<\/li>\n
  4. Our Customer Service Team will process your request and inform you about the progress or contact you to clarify your issue.<\/li>\n
  5. Once your request is resolved, you will receive a response from the Customer Service Team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
